Our Process:
1. Concept Design
We begin by understanding your needs, aspirations, and the unique characteristics of your site. Our team will translate your ideas into initial sketches and concept designs, ensuring they reflect your desired aesthetic and functionality.
2. Design Development
Once the concept is refined, we develop detailed architectural plans, using the latest 3D software, to help you visualise the space. We work collaboratively with you, making adjustments to finalise the design ensuring compliance with your brief and budget. Cloud 9 can advise whether your project requires Planning permission and can make any necessary applications on your behalf.
3. Construction Documentation
We can assist with the appointment of the wider Design Team including Structural Engineers, and other specialists that may be required. We create detailed technical drawings and specifications to meet Building Regulations. Cloud 9 can make Building Regulation Applications on your behalf and assist with appointing a building contractor. This ensures a smooth and efficient building process.
4. Construction Phase Support
Throughout construction, our team provides ongoing support and collaborates with contractors to ensure the project is executed as designed, on time, and within budget.
