Remodelling of Locksway Road includes conversion of the existing loft space to provide a new master bedroom and en-suite shower room. At ground floor, a new single storey rear extension provides an enlarged kitchen and family room opening onto the garden. Large flat rooflights provides generous natural light into the space. Retention of a small courtyard also retains natural light into the existing rooms.
Cloud 9 have obtained both planning and building regulations approval for the project, which is currently on site and due for completion summer 2024.
