Our Process:
1. Concept Design:
We collaborate closely with developers to understand project goals, market requirements, and site constraints. Our team crafts visionary concept designs that balance aesthetic appeal, functionality, and commercial viability, ensuring a strong foundation for a successful development.
2. Design Development:
As the project progresses, we refine the initial concept into detailed architectural designs. This includes site planning, unit layouts, building elevations, and 3D visualisations. Our goal is to create designs that not only appeal to future homeowners but also align with planning regulations and development goals.
3. Construction Documentation:
Cloud 9 can fulfil the role of Lead Consultant coordinating the design team and liaising with our clients technical representatives to provide a bespoke service in line with the project demands. We create detailed technical drawings and specifications to meet Building Regulations and Building Warranty standards. This ensures a smooth and efficient building process.
4. Construction Phase Support:
Cloud 9 has experience of working with contractors and site agents to ensure affective transfer of information. We can offer input during the construction phase to support your requirements, ranging from full site support, site inspections, design team meetings, or simply resolving any design or technical challenges.
