Feasibility Study – East Wittering

Cloud 9 were appointed by Elivia Homes to prepare a feasibility design prior to submission of a reserved matters planning application. The scheme for 70 dwellings draws upon the architectural cues of the existing village and sees new houses arranged around generous areas of landscaped open space.

Extensive SUDS features are incorporated to deal with issues around discharge of surface water. The design considered several site constraints relating to access, ecology and existing services.

Following an update to WSCC flood mapping the scheme was not ultimately progressed to planning.
