Shripney Meadows saw Cloud 9 obtain reserved matters planning approval for a scheme of 48 new residential units, comprising a mix of houses and apartments.

The scheme was highly constrained, with numerous underground services and easements transversing the site. The layout responded to the various constraints, whilst remaining compliant with Arun District Council’s Design Guide SPD, and ensuring development quantum for the client was not impacted.

Cloud 9 have subsequently completed working drawings for the scheme, achieving Building Regulations Plans Approval, including new Part L & Part O compliance. Site construction is now underway, we look forward to seeing it progress.
