Cloud 9 Architecture prepared a reserved matters planning application for 48 units in the village of Walberton, on behalf of Elivia Homes Southern.

The scheme adjoins the Walberton conservation area and draws upon references from the historic context of the village. The scheme comprising three character areas creates a diverse and rich fabric which complements the edge of settlement location. The scheme also includes a dental surgery providing much needed local infrastructure for the local community.

The client is looking to submit the reserved matters application Q4 2024.
