SOUTH DOWNS NATIONAL PARK

Cloud 9 are instructed by Briarsgate Homes to prepare a reserved matters planning application for a secluded woodland site deep within the National Park. The site benefits from outline approval for up to 5 dwellings, in a unique woodland setting.

A series of contemporary dwellings are proposed, each bespoke designed to suit the individual constraints of the plot. Natural materials to complement the woodland setting and enhance the existing landscape character are utilised.

Reserved matters planning is due to be submitted Summer 2024.
