Cloud 9 were instructed by Southcott Homes to make an outline application on a site that had previously seen 2 prior applications refused. Revisiting the site constraints and topography, a scheme that responded more directly to the context achieved outline planning permission for up to 30 units.
We hope to be involved further as the scheme progresses through the next stages of planning and into construction.
