Cloud 9 achieved reserved matters planning approval on behalf of Elivia Homes, for 44 new residential units, comprising a mix of houses and apartments.

The site constraints, neighbouring factory use, as well as ensuring compliance with Arun District Council’s Design Guide, were the key to a successful layout. Cloud 9 worked through many iterations of the scheme to ensure the clients aspirations were met.

Cloud 9 are in discussions with the client to undertake working drawings for the scheme, we look forward to seeing it progress.
