A kitchen remodelling and side extension creates a vibrant family living space at this property in Shawford. The small extension with vaulted ceiling creates a dramatic addition creating a large open plan kitchen dining space. The new gable connects in with existing roofs, appearing seamless with the host dwelling.

Cloud 9 worked through several design options with our client, producing 3D visuals for each to develop the brief into a deliverable solution. Planning and Building Regulations drawings were produced as well as full co-ordination of structural engineering.
