The owner of this property in Warsash sought to provide additional living accommodation to the main dwelling and the introduction of stand alone offices within the garden. Design iterations explored a first floor rear extension as well as semi concealed basement construction for the offices to minimise impact on the host dwelling and its neighbours.
The first floor extension takes its design cues from the existing property and sits harmoniously over the existing ground floor extension.
Use of 3D design software was a key part of the client journey allowing the spaces to be visualised before they were realised.
