Remodelling of this contemporary dwelling on Marine Drive includes a new single storey rear
extension providing an enlarged kitchen and family room opening onto the garden. Large
flat rooflights provide generous natural light into the space. The proximity to the seafront,
ensured suitable external showering facilities and a changing area / utility were to be
provided.
Cloud 9 have obtained both planning and building regulations approval for the project, which
is currently on site and due for completion Q3 2024.
