The project took the run-down C 1930’s 3 Bed thatched roof house transforming it into modern contemporary home via a series of extensions, reconfiguration and remodelling of the roof and exterior, landscaping and the introduction of a separate residential annex.
New materials, interesting detailing and interconnecting roofs results in an outstanding a visual uplift, and whilst the bones of house remained, all elements/services were upgraded breathing a new lease of life in a tired old property.
Inside there are many unique features with vaulted ceilings, double height spaces, mezzanines and materials.
